The film Tiger Zinda Hai is the most popular Bollywood film which it came out on the 22nd December 2017 which they made a huge hit .
DENOTATION
In the image there are two people a man and a woman, who are holding guns . There is the title of the film and the date which you can go and see it.
CONNOTATION
The poster description shows that it makes you want to go to the cinema because on the poster on the left hand side it's got the film company, which is big in the film industry and is called Yash Raj Films . Also it shows the actors names above their heads and because I know who they are it persuades me to go to see the film.
On this image is got two well known actors, one male and one female who are agents. In their hands they are both holding guns .The guns are firing which shows that the flames are coming from the barrel of the guns . This infers that they are fighting against the bad people . The actors are both wearing similar brown trousers and green T- shirts this infers that they look like soldiers .
In the background it shows a helicopter , it's at an angle which looks as if it's about to crash. The whole picture appears as if they are in the war zone .
The title of the film shows that is an a big font and capitals. The colour of the writing is white but the background is dark brown . So they chose these colours which makes the title stand out and seems more dramatic. In the word 'HAI' within the 'A' it shows a small version of the actor in a shadow .
Below the title it has the rest of the actors which it has listed and the writing is smaller . This makes me think that actors are involved but not as popular as the main actors .Underneath this is the date of the release that film will actually come out on the 22nd December .
There is a strapline at the very bottom of the image saying ' THIS CHRISTMAS THERE WILL BE PEACE'. This makes me think that they won't be any fighting and the war will be finished .
